3. In-Person Classes, Programs & Workshops

If you register for any of HB Dance Academy's classes or programs:

  • You agree to follow all studio rules, safety guidelines, and instructor directions.

  • Registration fees and monthly tuition are non-refundable once the month has started.

  • HB Dance Academy reserves the right to remove any student for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, with no refund provided.

  • Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. By joining, you acknowledge these risks and agree that HB Dance Academy is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • HB Dance Academy reserves the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party processors.

  • HB Dance Academy does not store your full payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the HB Dance Academy Website—including logos, designs, product files, photos, class materials, and branding—is protected by copyright.

You may not:

  • Sell, share, or repurpose HB Dance Academy digital products.

  • Use any HB Dance Academy branding without written permission.

  • Claim any HB Dance Academy content as your own.
