At HB Dance Academy, we care deeply about the experience of our dancers, customers, and community. Because our products include digital downloads, online resources, and in-person dance classes, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to understand.

Digital Products (Printable, Downloads, E-books, Coloring Pages, Journals, etc.)

 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience any trouble with your files—downloading, opening, or using them—please contact us at, and we will happily assist you.

In-Person Classes, Workshops & Programs

• Monthly tuition fees are non-refundable once the month has started.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds are only provided if HB Dance Academy cancels a program entirely.

• If a student must withdraw due to medical reasons or any reason that can be seen as an unforeseen emergency, a pro-rated credit may be offered at HB Dance Academy’s discretion and must be supported by the appropriate supporting evidence.

Mistaken Purchases

 

If you accidentally purchased the wrong digital product, contact us within 24 hours. While digital items cannot be refunded, we may offer a product exchange or store credit depending on the situation.
